Aleksandra is a Partner and Tax Advisor with more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in income taxes and indirect taxes including VAT, excise, and customs duty.

She has conducted and supervised many tax reviews along with due diligence projects and advised on tax matters regarding VAT, excise, CIT, PIT, PCC, real estate tax to clients mainly from the energy sector (gas, energy and fuels) as well as from the chemical, pharmaceutical and retail sector. She has supported big foreign investors in implementing customs procedures and VAT aspects in supply chain management.

Aleksandra is involved in tax risk management projects for international corporations that outsource accounting and tax functions to shared service centers (SSCs). She is also involved in the implementation of Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR) procedures.

In 1998, Aleksandra started her career with Arthur Andersen in Warsaw, and she has also worked at EY. Since 2009, she has been a Partner in various medium-sized tax advisory companies. Currently, as a Tax Advisor and Managing Partner, she is involved in international and Polish tax projects and building the tax practice in Poland.

Additionally, she participated in the legislative works regarding VAT law and excise regulations.

Aleksandra is co-author of the commentary Excise Duty in the Case Law of the European Court of Justice. She is a very well recognized tax expert and works closely with the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, she was also a speaker at numerous tax conferences and seminars.
