Matthew Juffer

Matt Juffer is the Office Managing Director for the Des Moines office and a member of the Private Client Services practice. He has more than 30 years of experience providing coordinated income, estate, and gift tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families.

Matt also has a wide range of experience working with both operating and investment partnerships, including family office structures and funds.

Matt specializes in:

• Structuring family estate plans
• Designing family office structures and ongoing consulting related to the administration thereof
• Maximizing income tax efficiency while achieving charitable goals
• Early-stage business structuring and compliance for business owners
• Complex tax return preparation for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, private foundations, and corporations
• Deal structuring, portfolio company compliance, and sale structuring on exit for fund principals
