José Ignacio Olleros

José Ignacio Olleros is a Partner at Andersen in Spain for the Madrid office.

From 1985 to 2005, José worked as a Partner at Despacho Estudio Jurídico Almagro.

José is a specialist in corporate distribution, franchise and agency contracts on a domestic and international level. He provides specialist corporate legal advice on the acquisition and sale of shareholdings in these sectors. He also undertakes due diligences, prepares sale prospectus and formalizes M&A transactions. He advises clients on corporate, employment and tax law concerning senior executive directors.

He is the Secretary for the Board of Directors in various companies in the retail and pharmaceutical sector. He also has expert knowledge in regulatory issues and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector. In addition, he is a co-author of the Practical Manual on Compliance, in the chapter "Regulatory Compliance in the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector", published by Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros and Thomson Reuters.
