He has partnered with leading organizations, providing advisory and accounting support for Grenada-based clients, supporting regional Youth Resilience, Inclusion & Empowerment (Y-RIE) development initiatives, serving as MSME accountant to strengthen small and medium enterprise growth, and tailored advisory solutions.

Johnson began as a staff accountant, rising to assurance manager in a leading accounting firm. He founded and led JD Consulting as managing partner, overseeing high-profile review and advisory engagements. The firm then transitioned to Andersen in Grenada, where he continues to shape corporate strategy and client success in Grenada and the wider Caribbean.
