Joaquín Ureña is a Partner at Andersen in Spain, and he leads the Accounting Law department.
He previously worked at Olleros Abogados and Textiles y Confecciones Europeas, SA (TYCESA), the textile multinational of the Lois brand.
Joaquín specializes in the analysis of investment projects and valuations of businesses and assets. He also advises clients on the sale of businesses and corporate restructuring processes, financial planning, strategic planning and implementation of cost management systems.
