Jeremy Seeger

Jeremy Seeger is a managing director in Andersen’s Greenwich office and a member of the Alternative Investment Funds practice. He has more than 15 years of experience advising private equity funds, family offices, and investment managers on partnership tax and state and local tax matters.

Jeremy advises funds, general partners, and management companies on structuring and ongoing tax and fund accounting considerations across the fund lifecycle, from formation through operations. His work often involves coordinating across tax, fund accounting, and other client teams to support the ongoing operations of investment platforms.
