Jennifer Lauck

Jen Lauck has over 30 years of experience in Operations, Human Resources, and Program Management in professional services firms. Jen has developed a strong foundation of skills in operations processes and leadership with the ability to lead programs and teams through complex and ambiguous environments. Throughout her career, she has been successful in developing programs, improving processes, and integrating practices. She continues to leverage those skills on firm projects and initiatives that support the growth of the firm.

Jen serves on the Global Operations and Development team focused on firm integration, expansion, training, and other Global projects.

Before joining Andersen, Jen was a Senior Manager in Operations and Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Deloitte.
