JeAnna Parker

JeAnna Parker is a managing director in the Commercial practice at Andersen. She has more than 30 years of experience providing tax accounting, tax consulting, and compliance services to multinational companies in many industries including energy, retail, manufacturing, and technology.

JeAnna has extensive experience in both the federal and international aspects of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), including acquisition and disposition tax accounting. She also has experience assisting companies with their global compliance needs and worldwide structuring, cross-border financing, planning for mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state tax planning opportunities.

Prior to joining Andersen, JeAnna was a partner at PwC in both the Federal and the International Tax practice and served some of the largest multinational companies in the North Texas market.
