Jason Woolsey is a Managing Director in the Private Client Services practice. Jason specializes in working with high net worth individuals and their families to help them accomplish their income and estate tax planning goals through collaboration with his clients and their chosen team of advisors.
His practice area focuses on tax compliance and consulting for multi-generational family groups, family offices, entrepreneurs, venture capitals, and founders and executives at early and late-stage companies. Jason regularly advises clients on qualified small business stock, stock option planning, equity compensation packages, charitable planning, and overall income and estate planning.
Jason has instructed at national trainings at universities and other venues on topics that include financial planning, estate planning, tax planning, and other subject matters.
