Jason Graham is the Office Managing Director of Andersen’s Houston office and has more than 25 years of experience providing tax services to high-net-worth individuals and family groups. He advises clients on income tax planning, research, and compliance, as well as estate planning and administration, family limited partnerships, and trusts.
Jason’s areas of focus include guidance on qualified small business stock, stock option planning, equity compensation packages, pre-IPO and pre-acquisition strategies, and charitable giving. His clients include entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, business owners, and founders and executives across early- to late-stage companies.
He has extensive experience in estate planning, working with clients’ attorneys and advisors to design and implement comprehensive tax and financial strategies. Jason also assists with estate administration, including the coordination and preparation of federal estate tax returns.
Before joining Andersen, Jason was part of the Private Client Services Group at Arthur Andersen in San Francisco. He also served as a managing director in Andersen’s San Francisco office prior to relocating to Houston. Jason has presented on income and estate tax topics for organizations including the Financial Planning Association, the Institute for Private Investors, the University of San Francisco, Brigham Young University, the University of Texas, the University of Houston, and the Houston Angels Network, as well as for various online forums for family office associations.
