Martín is a Partner at Andersen in Argentina with extensive experience in general corporate advisory services for multinational companies, closely-held corporations as well as small and medium-sized companies.
After working at Deloitte Argentina for eight years, Martín and his colleagues founded MODO LAW. In this capacity, he advised on all corporate law matter with respect to inward investments by foreign investors, drafting and implementation of contracts, corporate restructurings and spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, industrial and intellectual property rights as well as general corporate counseling.
Martín received a law degree from the Law School of the Catholic University of Salta in 2008 and is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF).
