Emanuele Invernizzi

Emanuele Invernizzi is a partner at Andersen Consulting in Italy. Before joining Andersen, Emanuele was a partner at Aegis in the Energy and Industry practice. At Aegis, he launched Greentalent, a specialized brand focusing on middle and senior-level recruitment in the energy sector. He later expanded Greentalent internationally by establishing its European hub in London, where it now manages searches for companies across Europe. Emanuele also led the Value Stream brand, strengthening and expanding the company’s industrial automation division.

Throughout his career, Emanuele has directly managed senior manager and C-level searches for utilities, multi-utilities, investment funds in the energy sector, as well as system integrators and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in industrial automation.

He provides board advisory and consulting services, assisting companies on projects such as CEO selection, organizational development, and people management benchmarking against key peers.

With a strong network in his core industries, Emanuele combines deep technical insights into market evolution with extensive knowledge of organizational processes to deliver effective advisory services.
