Francesco Inturri is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law, commercial agreements, protection of industrial property, information technology and data protection regulation, related obligations, as well as criminal corporate liability of corporations and related obligations (i.e., drafting of organizational models).

He is skilled in corporate consultancy and supporting national and multi-national businesses through extraordinary transactions, legal due diligence, incorporation of companies (including the activity of programming prodromal office and drafting of instruments of incorporation, articles of association and shareholders’ agreements), writing By-laws, compliance related to set up of companies, opinions on matters of major interest in the corporate law sphere, and mapping business processes.
