Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre

Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre is a Partner at Andersen in Spain and Head of the Litigation, Bankruptcy Law and Arbitration Law department for the Madrid, Valencia and Seville offices.

Prior to working at Andersen, he worked at Clifford Chance and Baker & McKenzie. Íñigo specializes in civil, corporate law and litigation, and he has a wide experience in litigation proceedings before ordinary courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Íñigo is the author of numerous publications, and he is often a speaker at various seminars. He is a professor of litigation and arbitration law at the Universidad Carlos III and the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He also frequently participates in conferences on litigation and arbitration law organized by the Fundación de Investigación Derecho y Empresa in Madrid

Íñigo is the Co-Founder and Partner of companies such as Fleet Street, a legal translation company, and Icar Aeroyas, which are dedicated to aviation works. He is also Co-Founder and Partner of Earthunited, an international platform to aid the most deprived groups.

He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners in the Dispute Resolution field, and he is listed in the Best Lawyers guide for Arbitration & Mediation, Litigation, as well as Insolvency & Restructuring.
