Previously, he was partner in the Litigation and Public Procurement department of DA Lawyers and worked at Crowe Howard.

He has extensive experience in advising large international funds in their portfolio sale and purchase processes.

He has served on the boards of directors of numerous companies, including listed companies.

He has extensive procedural experience in civil and commercial matters, with significant involvement in numerous M&A proceedings, insolvency proceedings and in advising the various corporate bodies.

His experience in the design of complex strategies in corporate conflicts for the protection of the rights of partners or companies stands out.
