Miguel Ángel Hortelano is a Partner in the litigation area of Andersen’s Madrid office.
Previously, he was Partner in the litigation and public sector department of DA Lawyers since the incorporation of the law firm Forum Jurídico, where he was Managing Partner until the integration to Andersen.
He is a specialist in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. He has 30 years of experience in the building, engineering and public procurement sectors, technically managing complex processes and designing the defense strategy in these areas, as well as in other specialized areas like aviation law, insurance and liability, corporate and banking law.
Miguel Ángel is Director of the course on Building and Constructive Vices at ICAM.
