Bent Hansen

Bent Hansen is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Sweden. With a background in accounting and finance, Bent built a diverse career in general management and CEO roles across the food industry, aquaculture, and trading companies. Since 2000, he has focused on sales executive roles in international consultancies, driving business growth and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Bent gained extensive international experience, working for four years in Asia and four and a half years in London. He has worked across multiple industries, including healthcare, shipping, shipyards, manufacturing, energy, and service-based companies, as well as expert-driven sectors like engineering and IT.

Before joining Andersen Consulting, Bent was the executive vice president at Mantec International AB, where he led commercial activities and expanded operations across the Nordics, Northern Europe, the United States, and Asia.

With deep expertise in profitability projects and operational transformation, Bent advises top executives on strategies to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and long-term growth. His experience includes collaborations with multinational corporations and private equity firms seeking to optimize business performance and maximize value creation.
