Juan Pablo Gutiérrez is currently Partner in the tax law practice at Andersen’s Madrid office.
Previously, he was a Partner at DA Lawyers from 2016 until the firm's integration into Andersen.
He has also been part of prominent law firms such as Baker & Mackenzie, KPMG and Bufete Barrilero y Asociados, always in the area of tax law.
He has experience in both general and special tax law.
In particular, he has provided recurring services relating to corporate income tax (specialized on tax units), M&A, foreign investment in Spain and international taxation under the Conventions and International Treaties signed by Spain in tax matters.
