Joaquín Guirao

Joaquín Guirao is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Spain, specializing in leveraging data analysis to create business value. With over two decades of experience in leadership roles, Joaquín is recognized for his strategic insight and operational expertise. He is also the managing partner at La Nave Nodriza, a learning hub dedicated to digital product and service design, which fosters knowledge-sharing and innovation in unique and impactful ways.

Earlier in his career, Joaquín spent 21 years at Designit, where he held several global leadership positions, including global executive director and chief operating officer. During his tenure, he led international expansion efforts, managed business operations, and oversaw profit and loss management and client development in key markets, such as London and Madrid. His experience at Designit helped hone his expertise in digital transformation, strategic planning, and business operations, making him a pivotal figure in the consulting landscape.

He has guided teams working for top-tier clients across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, while managing both organic and inorganic growth for the companies he has worked with—both as an entrepreneur and as an executive.
