Charles-François Groga

Charles-François is a Partner and Head of the Legal department at Mondon Conseil International, a member firm of Andersen Global. He is currently working in the Abidjan office.

Charles-François has many years of practical experience in commercial, corporate law and taxation, providing legal consultations concerning SMEs, large corporations, and multinational companies operating in a variety of sectors.

He specializes in legal and tax optimization of the establishment plans of groups of foreign companies.

Charles-François also has a strong background in relation to legal services in the field of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and corporate transactions.

He has supported bank holding companies in their restructuring as well as foreign investment funds (private equity) in their establishment in the sub-region. He is also the adviser to numerous companies in matters of social security control assistance and the context of controls concerning foreign exchange control offenses.

Charles-François also teaches restructuring law (legal and fiscal regime for corporate restructuring) in private universities in Abidjan.
