Ronald J. Green

Ron Green is a managing director in the firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Private Client Services practice at Andersen. He has over 50 years of experience serving high-net-worth families and their related corporate, partnership, trust, and charitable entities. Ron’s service specializations include:

• Individual income tax planning and compliance
• Partnership and S corporation income tax and structuring
• Multi-tiered pass-through operating entities

Ron’s primary focus is advising closely held business owners, entrepreneurs, and wealthy family groups in all areas of income, gift, and estate taxation. He has extensive experience in providing clients with sophisticated advice and tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Before joining Andersen, Ron was a partner with Stephen M. Berman & Associates, LLC, and earlier, he worked for Touche Ross.
