Archil Giorgadze is the Office Managing Director and co-founder of Andersen in Georgia. He advises clients on corporate law, cross-border M&A, complex commercial matters, foreign investments, project financing, regulation, and arbitration. He is highly experienced in drafting contracts, negotiating with investors and government authorities, and advising on public-private partnerships.
Recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe for his visibility in M&A and general business law, he has been described as “responsive, attentive and professional” (Legal 500 EMEA) and “very proficient” and “devoted” (Chambers Global).
Archil has taught at Tbilisi Free University Law School since 2011, where he was elected best teacher by the class of 2014, and co-founded the National Center of Business Law. Prior to joining Andersen in Georgia (formerly MG Law), he was a national partner at a firm and served as CEO and chief legal professional of another firm overseeing a major hydropower project.
