Iris Gastañaga

Iris Gastañaga is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Argentina, with over 25 years of experience in project management, agility, and digital transformation across social, governmental, and corporate sectors.

Before joining Andersen Consulting, Iris founded and led Kinetic Corp., where she focused on strategic growth initiatives and guided a team of over 160 collaborators in delivering meaningful solutions globally.

Iris regularly speaks at international conferences and contributes to the field of project management. As the first president of the Project Management Institute Córdoba, Argentina Chapter, she helped strengthen the professional community in her region. She also serves as a TED speaker, coach, and mentor, helping individuals and organizations adopt strategic and agile approaches to achieve their goals.

In addition to her professional work, Iris contributes to academia by developing postgraduate programs and teaching in advanced degree programs, including the Master’s in Systems Engineering at the National Technological University (UTN) and the MBA at Collège de Paris.
