With more than 34 years of experience, Alicia Fuertes specialises in finance and banking law. She has extensive professional experience in providing ordinary advice to both domestic and foreign regulated entities, with a special focus on the creation and closure of regulated entities, compliance and banking contracts, as well as in corporate, asset, project and real estate finance transactions.
