Franky Low is a Managing Director in the Commercial practice with over 33 years of experience advising real estate clients in the federal and state taxation of partnerships, REITs, and S-corporations, along with their compliance and reporting requirements. Franky has significant experience in the taxation of entity formations, property acquisitions, like-kind exchanges, property development, leases, property dispositions, and entity liquidations. He also works extensively with foreign and tax-exempt investors and entities with foreign activities.
Franky advises a wide range of clients including residential, commercial, and hospitality operators and developers, tax-exempt and foreign investors, real estate private equity and opportunity funds, real estate operating companies (including property management companies), and real estate investment trusts. He is a trusted advisor to high net worth individuals with substantial real estate portfolios.
