Mack Forrester

Mack Forrester is a Managing Director in the Private Client Services practice at Andersen. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting and industry, he has also served as a chief financial officer and a tax director for private companies.

Mack has significant experience advising executives, entrepreneurs and family organizations in matters regarding business transactional structure, income tax planning and multi-generational wealth transfer planning. He has served clients in various industries including energy, commercial real estate, legal and medical professions, manufacturing and distribution. Additionally, Mack has offered expert testimony in litigation matters relating to economic damages in business disputes.

Mack began his career with PwC in Houston and subsequently joined EY in Dallas. For over 20 years prior to joining Andersen, he served as the Managing Partner of Mack O. Forrester & Co., PLLC.
