Joseph Folkman is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Utah. With over 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, he brings a wealth of expertise in leadership training, feedback, and change management.
Before joining Andersen Consulting, Joe co-founded and served as President of Zenger Folkman, where he developed assessment tools used by over 125,000 leaders globally. He has consulted with organizations such as AT&T, General Motors, Celgene, Yale University, and Wells Fargo, gaining broad experience across industries.
Joe’s research, focused on survey insights and data-driven approaches to leadership development, has been published in outlets including The Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Talent Quarterly. He is also the author or co-author of several books, including The Extraordinary Leader and The Trifecta of Trust.
Earlier in his career, Joe was a founding partner at Novations Group, Inc., where he led initiatives in employee surveys and 360-degree assessments.
