Santiago Fernández

Santiago Fernández Lena is a Partner in the Corporate Law area in Andersen’s Madrid office.

Previously, he was a founding Partner at Forum Jurídico and Partner at DA Lawyers until it was acquired by Andersen.

Santiago has an extensive experience in M&A and corporate reorganization.

He is an expert in M&A assessment, investment, divestment and restructuring operations of start-ups, airlines consulting on company development and constant contact with regulatory authorities. He also has expertise in acquisitions, financing of assets and business development.

Academically, he is a teacher of Trade Law in the Access to the Legal Profession Master at the Escuela Universitaria Cardenal Cisneros, Adjunct Professor at the Cámara de Comercio de Madrid and speaker in various courses and seminars regarding company and bankruptcy law.
