Goh Li Fei

Goh is well versed with the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966, Strata Management Act 2013, and Strata Titles Act 1985. She has been actively involved in advising developers from the initial stage of project development to post delivery of vacant possession, which ranges from submission and amendments of schedule of parcel, amendments of building plans, up to formation of joint management body and management corporation. From her vast knowledge in housing laws, Goh is regularly invited by developers to provide talks on updates and current issues on housing development and strata management.

Goh is also the pioneer in holding virtual and physical annual general meeting for developers and joint management body. She has also involved herself in drafting corporate agreements and corporate exercise, including due diligence for companies and assets.

In the banking and finance practice, Goh advises financial institutions on compliance matters and the drawdown of financing facilities, including housing and corporate loans.
