Wagner Feder

Wagner Feder is a managing director at Andersen Consulting with more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategy, leading initiatives across multinational corporations, startups, and the Brazilian small and micro enterprise (SMB) sector.

Prior to joining Andersen Consulting, Wagner was a CFO and partner at Albieri e Associados and directed finance operations in both Brazil and the United States for a Fortune 500 multinational public retail company. As Director of Finance, he scaled an early-stage fintech into a publicly listed company on the NYSE and led the creation of its first structured receivables investment fund (FIDC). Throughout his career, he built high-performing teams and drove strategic improvements in accounting, treasury, and financial operations.

Wagner focuses on working capital management, structured credit instruments, and financial strategy, combining deep technical expertise with a broad business perspective.
