Edoardo Fea

Edoardo Fea is a partner at Andersen in Italy who specializes in administrative, corporate and tax advisory. He works with Italian and foreign listed and unlisted groups operating in sectors such as finance, insurance, automotive, logistics, energy, and utilities.

His broad expertise includes advising on extraordinary corporate transactions and structured finance (M&A), management control and business plans, transfer pricing, and ESG issues.

Edoardo is chairman and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies in the banking, insurance, financial, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and private equity sectors.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of several listed companies.

He is currently a Director of a non-profit organization of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Turin.
