Jade Fang

Jade Fang is a managing director in the Alternative Investment Funds practice, bringing 19 years of experience in public accounting. With an emphasis on the financial industry, Jade offers tax and compliance advice to hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, venture capital funds, family office management services, and EB-5.

Before joining Andersen, Jade held the positions of Senior Tax Manager in the alternative investments practice at a full-service advisory and accounting firm, and Senior Tax Director at a prominent financial services provider. Additionally, she worked as a tax manager for a venture capital and private equity fund company with investments in more than 200 startups.
