Sammy Evei is a managing director in the Andersen US National Tax office. Sammy has over 9 years of experience in corporate tax, providing consulting services to multinational clients and multi-billion-dollar companies. Her practice covers a broad variety of business and tax matters including dispositions, acquisitions, internal restructuring, spin-offs, reorganizations, cross-border transactions, and consolidated return issues.
