Elena Esparza is a partner at Andersen in Spain, working in the employment law department in the Madrid office.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the employment law field, having previously worked at a few firms, where she was a partner in the employment law department.
She specialises in litigation before the Social and Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, as well as in corporate restructuring involving collective dismissals and worker mobility.
She also has extensive experience advising companies on the employment implications of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as on the negotiation of employment contracts for senior executives and directors, and on employment audits and the structuring of corporate policies, including working hours and equality.
In addition, she has extensive experience advising foreign companies on the employment aspects of their transactions in Spain.
