Ernest Li is a managing director in the Private Client Services practice in the Houston office. Ernest has 15 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and their global investments and business entities.
Ernest specializes in the U.S. taxation of American citizens overseas and foreign nationals in the United States. His practice areas include individual income tax, domestic and foreign trusts, partnerships, corporations, and gift and estate taxes. Ernest also has experience in passive foreign investment companies, foreign pension matters, and foreign currency transactions.
