Erica Goldberg

Erica Goldberg is a managing director with Andersen’s Commercial practice based in the New York office. She has more than 19 years of experience advising companies on a wide range of tax matters, including:

• Federal and state research credits;

• Research and experimental expenditures;

• Revenue and expense recognition; and

• Section 263A.

She serves clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, consumer products, media & entertainment, retail, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, and financial services. She also serves clients ranging from start-ups to large, multinational companies. 

Before joining Andersen, Erica spent 15 years with EY, where she assisted large companies with preparing research credit claims and defending claims before the Internal Revenue Service. She also assisted clients with reviewing tax provisions, preparing federal and state tax returns, and identifying and implementing federal tax planning strategies.
