Zsolt Eperjesi is an attorney-at-law at Andersen Legal in Hungary. He mainly engages in advising businesses, ranging from multinational corporations to medium-sized enterprises, as well as private individuals on a wide range of matters. He primarily pursues his activity in Hungary but often takes part in cross-border transactions, too.

He has considerable experience in handling the legal elements of commercial real estate portfolios (retail centers, offices, industrial and residential buildings), including day-to-day legal assistance to multinational real estate asset management and development companies. In addition, he regularly engages in the establishment of trusts and private foundations, as well in a variety of private client services (e.g., wealth planning and succession issues).

Zsolt's experience includes the representation of clients before courts and public administration authorities in various cases, including litigations, the setting-up and alteration of companies and civil organizations, as well as insolvency and voluntary winding-up procedures.

He regularly drafts and negotiates various agreements and templates (commercial leasing, construction and assembly, procurement, real estate/quota SPA, SLA, general terms & conditions, etc.) as well as dealing with other commercial, civil and corporate law, IP, and IT related matters.

Furthermore, Zsolt has expertise in conducting legal due diligence, furthermore, cooperates in M&A and other transactions. He also has some experience in financing, as well as regulatory & compliance matters.
