Chinwendu Enechi

Chinwendu has over 16 years of experience providing workable tax management and advisory solutions to companies in the oil, gas, and power industry. Before joining Andersen in Nigeria, Chinwendu began his professional services career with one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he rose to the post of a manager, providing various tax services to both local and multinational clients. His experience covers corporate tax planning, advisory, and compliance work for local and multinational companies in various industries including personal income tax planning, advisory and compliance work for local and multinational companies, high net-worth individuals, planning and management of withholding taxes, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, advisory services in planning, and administration of pension and provident funds.

As a thought leader, Chinwendu has written several articles on tax and compliance matters. He participates in panel discussions on the Nigerian oil and gas business environment and has facilitated many local and international trainings. He has also led several tax advocacy initiatives of major industry associations in Nigeria that has led to significant changes in the tax and regulatory space.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Chinwendu is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
