Ed's experience includes working with global companies outside the United States and assisting with the establishment and management of inbound operations in the United States. This expertise further solidifies his reputation as a trusted advisor in tax consulting and compliance. His deep knowledge of international tax regulations, combined with his proficiency in ASC 740 and serving SEC reporting clients, positions him as a reliable resource for a diverse clientele, including public companies, middle-market firms, and venture-backed startups.

Before joining Andersen, Ed served as a tax partner at BDO USA LLP. Prior to that, he was a tax partner and emerging growth market tax leader at EY.
