Edvin Givargis

Edvin Givargis is a Managing Director in the State & Local Tax (SALT) practice at Andersen. Edvin has over 20 years of experience managing national, state, and jurisdictional tax matters. His expertise includes developing and advising on efficient tax structures and operations within a complex state framework. 

Edvin has a deep understanding of state legislative and administrative processes and their impact on various entity types. In addition, he has technical expertise operating across industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, retail, construction, transportation, legal, real estate, asset management, and biotech.

Before joining Andersen, Edvin worked at accounting firms ranging from regional to the Big 4. He serves his alma mater as an adjunct professor in the Master of Science in Taxation program, teaching courses in federal tax research and state and local taxation.
