Dusty Reynolds is the Dallas Client Group Leader for the Alternative Investment Funds practice at Andersen. He has over 25 years of diverse tax experience, including alternative investments, partnership taxation, real estate taxation, public companies, and IPOs.
Dusty focuses on assisting investment partnerships with tax planning and compliance. Dusty’s skills also include consulting with general partners and managers regarding their individual taxation, as well as federal and state compliance for management companies.
Before joining Andersen, Dusty was a partner in a CPA firm. Prior to that, he held various industry roles with public companies, including head of tax and SEC reporting, where he established the internal tax function, financial reporting functions, and directed all tax and financial reporting and planning. Dusty started his career with Arthur Andersen and worked for EY prior to his industry roles.
