Diana Cavalieri

Diana Cavalieri is a member of the Andersen Commercial practice and works with publicly held and private clients in a variety of industries. Diana has over 20 years of experience in both public accounting and in a large multi-national corporate tax department. She has worked with companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology, semiconductor, e-commerce, consumer products and retail industries.

Diana has spent much of her career assisting tax and finance departments of multi-jurisdictional companies on a range of tax matters including federal & state compliance, ASC 740, tax incentives, controversy and general consulting.

Prior to joining Andersen, Diana worked for a large multinational biotech company where she managed and led the compliance function overseeing federal & state income tax compliance, state controversy, sales and use tax compliance and property tax compliance. Diana also practiced for 12 years at EY in San Francisco.
