Kathryn Dery Leung has over 15 years of experience in tax practice. As a member of the Alternative Investment Funds practice in San Francisco, she focuses on partnership tax planning and compliance.

Her client base includes hedge funds, private equity funds, venture funds, fund of funds, and similar investment partnership vehicles, as well as the related management companies.

Kathryn’s primary practice includes planning, analysis, and disclosure for fund structures with cross-border transactions and multi-national investments, including:

• CFC and PFIC Taxation and Reporting
• Federal and State Tax Compliance
