Borja de Gabriel

Borja de Gabriel is a Partner at Andersen in Spain working in the Tax department of the Valencia office.

Previously, Borja worked at MA Abogados, Deloitte and DWF-RCD. He has 20 years of experience in tax law. He specializes in providing ongoing tax advice to multinational groups and family offices as well as tax planning of investment and restructuring operations, both at the national and international levels.

De Gabriel has wide experience in advising on wealth restructuring operations and the internationalization processes of Spanish companies as well as international groups in their investments in Spain.

Moreover, he specializes in the innovation field and has extensive experience in providing tax advice to all types of entrepreneurial and disruptive initiatives, including those arising from corporate incubation and acceleration programs.

In the academic field, he has been a lecturer and is the author of a number of articles published in specialized magazines.
