Julius David is the founding partner and office managing director of Andersen in Namibia. With over 15 years in finance, taxation, and corporate strategy, he leads business development and M&A advisory, helping clients navigate cross-border structuring, capital raising, and complex transactions across Namibia, South Africa, and the SADC region.
He is a registered tax practitioner (SAIT), registered business accountant with statutory accounting officer status across SADC (CIBA), and a licensed business rescue practitioner. Julius holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Namibia, a BCom Honours in Accounting, and is currently completing an LLM in International Law and Taxation at the University of San Francisco. He is a CFA candidate.
Julius serves on the Namibia Training Authority Industrial Skills Committee for Finance and Business and contributes to curriculum development for the National Council for Higher Education.
