Darin Yonemura

Darin Yonemura is a Managing Director in the Commercial practice. Darin has over 25 years of experience and specializes in the taxation of all operational entities including those formed as C Corporations, S Corporations, or Limited Liability Companies. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, ASC 740 tax provision reporting, multistate and multinational tax filings, and research and development credits.

Before joining Andersen, Darin was a Principal at Rickmeyer & Associates; preceding this he was a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte. He began his accounting career with Arthur Andersen.
