Amy Daniels​

Amy Daniels is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Chicago and serves as a trusted advisor to the senior-most leaders of both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. She partners with boards and executives across industries to de-risk large-scale capital investments, organizational restructuring, and business transformation initiatives driven by changes in strategy, product, technology, structure, and process. Amy began her consulting career at Arthur Andersen. She founded Daniels Consulting Group (DCG) in 2002 and has been serving as the firm’s CEO for 23 years.

Amy is a highly accomplished change leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding executives through complex transitions and aligning them with new investors and performance expectations. With a proven track record in strategic business leadership, Amy excels at fostering innovation, driving operational excellence, and accelerating results. She partners with top-tier executives across diverse industries, leveraging her deep understanding of business dynamics and market trends. Amy currently serves on the board of directors for RehabVisions, a privately-held rehabilitation services company. Additionally, after an extensive tenure of dedicated board service, she was named in 2022 to the honorary board of SHORE, a nonprofit organization offering support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
