Daniel Provencio

Daniel Provencio is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office at Andersen. He has over 25 years of experience in working with clients to provide real estate services domestically and internationally to law firms, corporations, residential and commercial developers, property owners, fair value funds,  financial institutions and governmental (federal, state, and city) entities.

Daniel’s industry experience includes litigation support, real estate development consulting, investment analysis, acquisition and disposition due diligence, condemnation, annual portfolio valuation for real estate private equity firms. He also has extensive real estate experience including general contracting/construction development, commercial real estate brokerage sales, and Big Four accounting and income tax compliance (multi-state) for real estate partnership syndications.

Prior to joining Andersen, Daniel was a partner/principal at Deloitte in charge of the real estate strategies and valuation consulting practice in the Western U.S. Region. Additionally, Daniel was a designated real estate valuation subject matter expert for annual audit engagements.
