Benoît Dambre

Benoît Dambre is the managing partner of Andersen in France. He has 30 years of professional experience in taxation and specializes in French and international tax matters for both companies and private clients.

Before joining Andersen, he was an international tax partner at Deloitte for 15 years. He was before with CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats for 10 years.

Benoît specializes in taxation and mainly handles corporate taxation matters in relation with compliance, audit defense procedures, tax litigation, and mergers & acquisitions. He also serves as a strategic tax adviser for private clients, CFOs and tax vice presidents of leading companies and advises on estate planning and wealth management. He also advises professional unions and political parties on tax policy matters.

His experience covers a wide range of industries.

He teaches tax law at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (Taxation), the University of Paris Dauphine PSL (International Tax) and at ESCP Europe (Msc International Wealth Management).
