Luísa Curado is a Partner at Andersen in Portugal.
Luísa started her career as In-House Counsel at the biggest Portuguese construction company.
In 2001, she was invited to join PwC Legal. When she left PwC, she was co-Head of the PwC Porto Legal office.
She is one of the founding Partners of Curado, Nogueira & Associados (CNA), the Portuguese law firm that joined Andersen as a collaborating firm in 2018 and became a member firm in 2020.
Luísa Curado is a lawyer with extensive experience advising in M&A transactions and joint ventures at national and cross-border levels.
She handles the coordination of teams in due diligence processes, corporate reorganization operations, as well as the incorporation of companies and joint ventures.
Luisa also provides ongoing legal assistance on corporate, commercial and labor matters to both international and national companies in several sectors, including transports and logistics, water and waste management, environment, textile and real estate.
Additionally, she provides legal advice in real estate operations and urban planning to private entities and concessionaires, and she also has experience in international arbitration.
